The tasting menu has been designed by NI top Chefs including:-

Joery Castel from the Boathouse, Bangor (3AA Rosette)   Danny Barry from Deanes Epic, Belfast (Michelin-starred) Award winning Dean Coppard from Uluru, Armagh and Tim Brunton from award winning Salty Dog in Bangor.

Local cheeses selected by Mike Thompson from Mikes Fancy Cheese.

Each course will have matched wine carefully selected by Tom Bell from Grange Wine Merchants who will be on hand to talk through his selections.

Key note speaker for the evening will be renowned Northern Irish food blogger John Ferris.  There will be live music by talented Belfst born singer/songwriter Joe Kenny.

Tickets are priced at £100 each with tables of 10 at £1000.
